Once upon a time, there was a Zephyr Guardian assigned to the hatchery of the mystic mountains named Summer Breeze. For decades, she watched as eggs were laid, hatched, and baby dragons cared for by Hatchling Mothers all the while dreaming to start a family of her own. As one century churned into another, she and her lover never conceived, and the sadness of this failed endeavor tore them apart. 
Alone and gripped with the madness of grief, Summer Breeze sought a new way to make a child. She labored over her cauldron and developed a potion that could turn other creatures into genies. To test her creation, she kidnapped people from the neighboring village, but her experiments continued to fail. As she wept in frustration, her tears completed the potion and she found she could change her subjects from men into genies, but only for a time. In her harried state, she allowed one of A genie struggling with infertility who tries to find a new way of making a child. In a panic, she began to kill her captives to keep her secret, but one escaped and reported her to the Zephyr Guardians. Arrested as a murderess and practitioner of magic outside the nature world, her remaining potion was confiscated. It is rumored that after the Awakening, the potion was secured in Storm's Sanctum  for safe keeping.
