Firbolgs were a reclusive race of giant-kin who preferred to avoid contact with other sentient races. They were both the most intelligentand the most powerful of the giant-kin.

Firbolg Magic
You can cast Detect Magic and Disguise Self with this trait, using Wisdom as your spellcasting ability for them. Once you cast either spell, you can't cast it again with this trait until you finish a short or long rest. When you use this version of disguise self, you can seem up to 3 feet shorter than normal, allowing you to more easily blend in with humans and elves.
Hidden Step
As a bonus action, you can magically turn invisible until the start of your next turn or until you attack, make a damage roll, or force someone to make a saving throw. You can use this trait an equal amount of times as your proficiency modifier, and refreshes when you finish a short or long rest.
Powerful Build
You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift. In additon, you can carry an additonal 2 weapons in your Scabards & Pouches.
Speech of Beast and Leaf
You have the ability to communicate in a limited manner with beasts and plants. They can understand the meaning of your words, and you can get simple ideas communicated back to you. You have advantage on all Animal Handling checks you make to influence them.
Treesinger
By singing to the pants and trees you can convince them to grow according to your wishes. You know the spells Druidcraft, and Plant Growth, and can cast both using this feature with Wisdom as the spellcasting modifier. Plant Growth recharges on a long rest.

Anatomy and Morphology
Firbolgs resembled humans, and the males would sport great, thick beards. Their thick, tough skin was a palid grey and their hair, though it came in many colors, was usually either red or blond and worn long. A firbolg's voice was deep and smooth, and they tended to roll their consonants when speaking. Firbolgs were typically over 3 meters tall, averaging a height of about 3.2 meters. While firbolgs from other worlds weighed more than 350 kg.Genetics and Reproduction
Firbolg give birth to live young. Firbolg pregnancies were typically about two years long. Firbolgs reached adulthood at about 30 years, and could live as many as 500 years.Habitat
Firbolg live in wylde forests and mountain regions. They are a rare sight in cities and towns, prefering to live in the Wylderness.Diet
Firbolgs are omnivorous, but prefer to eat vegetables and dairy products. They require about twice as much food as the average human to survive.Sapient Traits
History
Firbolg were originally created by a pact between the Giantkin and the Fey spirits. During the Golden Age the two peoples came together and combined their forces to fight off incurstions into the Wylderness, and protect the sanctety of nature. The Firbolg were created to honour this pact, and were apointed by the Archfey to guard nature and the World, which is a covenant that they still uphold to this day.Manerisms
Firbolgs enjoyed quiet time in the woods, in harmony with nature. The forests were sacred to them and symbolized the heart of the earth and the adaptability of life. Firbolgs considered greed to be one of the worst vices. They believed that one should only ever take what one needs and no more. Firbolgs hold charity as the highest virtue but also believed that it was harmful for the recipient to know the identity of the provider; because of this they appeared to be reclusive amongst the other peoples, although they were very sociable with established friends. They were extremely honest and could not lie without feeling physical discomfort, even if the lie was by omission.Ways of Thinking
