Miners Voice Media

The Miners Voice Media (MVM), whose creation can be traced back to The Miners Voice, which was a newspaper, was the first officially named news source in the Capitalist Paradise.
Founded by Alex and later integrated into the larger Alex Incorporated subsidiary ecosystem MVM played a large role in the events surrounding Alex INC and its subsidiaries reporting on anything, starting from changes in pricing, to functioning as a mouthpiece for Alex.

Controversies and involvement in politics.

MVM in all its forms was involved in most hot topic questions and due to the prevalence of Alex Incorporated often got to be the first to report on major events. The 2nd Mayor Thomas also often made announcements trough the MVM.

RED INC V ALEX INC NR 2 ELECTRIC BOOGALOO

During the Lawsuit: RED INC V ALEX INC NR 2 ELECTRIC BOOGALOO MVM actively reported Alex Incorporated side of the story as well as eventually reporting on the resulting Miners strike at Alex INC. Whether or not the reporting of MVM or the Miners Strike actually helped in the resulting dropping of the case by RED Incorporated is not clear, but MVM definitely was vocal on the issue.

The First Mayoral Election

During the The first Mayoral Election MVM was very actively pushing for Thomas to get elected as Mayor, making highly biased reports and publications. The MVM was also the media company with exclusive access to poll results as they came in and conducted their own opinion poll of the electorate.

Capitalist United Mediagroup under scrutiny

After the Capitalist Gazette, widely considered to be run by Happy Capitalist Party, ran a piece on the The Renevue Revolution print shop in the ALEX INC compound MVM retaliated by calling into question the true ownership of the Newspaper and who operates it. This can be considered one of the rare instances of Alex and Thomas clashing with one another.
