Arcanist's Ward
Greenhorne:
- A two-storey timber and brick building which has been completely overgrown by flowering vines scale-like leaves thorny vines writhing vines.
- It is the home of Nidur, a young green dragon and priest.
The Old Wall:
- A section of an old town wall divides several blocks.
- The ghosts of a town guard can sometimes be seen walking upon it.
The Guildhall:
- An impressive building of stone walls, once an inn house.
- It contains a large meeting hall and several smaller rooms, and is shared amongst several local merchant guilds.
Mardi's Anvil:
- The workshop of a male human blacksmith named Mohsa Mardi.
Archscepter Farthing
The Arena:
- A large circular amphitheatre, known for its trials by combat.
The Curious Owl Inn:
- A grand commoner's inn in a residential area known for its friendly residents. The street outside has a fortune teller.
- Inside Description: The tavern is a plaster single story building, with a yellow tile roof and well-made wooden furniture. Several battered shields hang on the walls. It contains curtains draped over the walls and a fire pit cooking food in the middle of the tavern. Smells like smoke.
- Owner: Akan Vushi: Male Human. Akan is heavyset, with tangled copper hair and dark brown eyes. He wears well-made clothing and several small tools hang from his belt. Akan has an animal companion, a bird named Ranya.
- The Clientele: Raucous. On this occasion, there are a few other people currently in the tavern. A couple of them are sharing tales of past adventures—successes and failures. A few of the patrons are playing a dice game.
- The Republic Group originally found Scurra playing his Shawm here until Estrella broke it.
- Patrons: Adam Elton; He usually wears his pastel robe and has his ceremonial dagger always slung over his shoulder. He is physically well-built. His long black hair reaches down to his waist. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air. Personality: Brimming with self-confidence, Adam isn't afraid of most anything.He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
- Rooms For Rent: spacious and taken care of. There are currently two rooms available for rent. The cost for a night's stay is 6 sp, 9 cp.
Armorer's District
The Dwarven Mine:
- A group of dwarves with picks and shovels came here long ago, and began digging. It is said that on a quiet night, one can still hear them toiling far below.
The Empyrean Odeum:
- A two-storey half-timbered theatre, said to be built upon the ground where a wealthy merchant was betrayed and murdered.
Gapur's Ironworks:
- A modest blacksmith's workshop, built within the walls of an old iron tower.
Artist's Borough
Incheh's Ironworks:
- A neglected blacksmith's workshop, built atop an outcrop of volcanic rock.
Artisto-Cut Tailors
- A tailor shop owned by a family of merchants.
- The head of the family is extremely wealthy and one of the only people in Glantry with a connection to a Transporter who coul teleport the Republic Group across the continent.
- His children currently run the tailor shop, but the head of the family owns several stores in the Armorer’s District and the Glantry General Store.
- His son, Bright Canvas Chaitali Lahiri , is extremely passionate about clothing, while his daughter Pema Anik Lahiri handles the expenses and money side of things. His adopted son Borag Afton Lahiri covers the cosmetics and social parts of running the shop.
Hell's Close:
- A narrow alley which ends at the broken ruins of a warlock's tower. Anyone walking towards the ruins becomes enveloped by phantasmal flames. The Artificers Guild House:
- A two-storey building of finely wrought iron, said to be haunted by the ghost of a silver dragon.
The Shrine of Amarus:
- A cauldron lamp enshrining the flame of Amarus, God of Light, surrounded by an arched peristyle.
Gheri's Woodwork:
- The workshop of a female human woodcarver named Tari Gheri, known for her intricate puzzle boxes.
Cathedral Farthing
The Wishing Well:
- A deep shaft in the ground, surrounded by a short stone wall. It is said that there exists one particular coin in town, and that whoever casts it into the well will be granted their wish.
The Crossed Blades:
- A modest commoner's inn, decorated with stone gargoyles.
Khakpour's Pottery:
- The workshop of a male human potter named Fari Khakpour, who was once a great wizard, but retired after defeating Lisu the Vampire.
The Bastille:
- A magical prison of strong stone walls, guarded by earth elementals. It is said that the guards alone decide how long to hold one condemned, and that none have escaped them.
The King and Tankard:
- A grand adventurer's inn, within which a magical spell prevents weapons from being drawn.
Court Farthing
Mini's Masonry:
- A large stonemason's workshop, said to be guarded by living gargoyles.
The Pilgrim's Pub:
- A shabby adventurer's tavern, entirely managed by air elementals.
Demon's Ward
- The weathered ruins of a small castle, said to lie atop a dungeon filled with long-forgotten treasures.
- A statue of rune-carved stone, said to entomb the bones of Lady Meha Reyahni.
Government
Assembly of the Sixteen Territories of the Lolos Republic
(The Sixteen Assembly)
- The assembly meets regularly. It discusses all major state decisions.
- At least in some regions, attendance is open to all citizens.
- The assembly has full financial, administrative, and judicial authority.
- Underneath the 16 representatives are a primary governing body of 7,077 government positions. Most of them are the heads of the most important families across the Republic.
- Villages have their own assemblies under their local chiefs.
- Their administrations are divided into executive, judicial, and military functions.
