Anti King Accords

The collective of goblins hereby declares that they will live according to the following accords:

1. No goblin community is allowed to have a king or comparable leader
2. No area controlled by a band of goblins is allowed to be larger than 100 square miles
3. A band of goblins is not allowed to stay in an area for more than 50 years
4. After leaving an area they have to stay away for at least 1 month for every 6 months that they've stayed in the area
5. Any band in violation to this rule will be held accountable by the Genisis Coalition

Purpose

This document has been signed by all goblins whom lived under the rule of Balthasar the Cruel and by the Genisis Coalition. It has been created and signed after Balthasar was killed and the kingdom freed of his rule.
Even though it hasn't been signed by all goblins across the world, it still is upheld by all goblins and all goblins are still bound by this law or they have to suffer the wrath of the Genisis Order.
