Dynamic Floor Towers

Wizards often live in towers, that is no secret. But throughout the ages, people have forgotten why that is. This stems from a time where wizards where able to create Dynamic Floors, a technique that allows the wizard to move floors around and reorder them as he so pleases.
At first some wizards tried to use this magic with different structures than towers but they quickly found out that nothing worked as well with this magic as a tower. Lots of theese towers still exist and the magic technically still works, but as the wizards that created the towers died long ago, almost all towers are currently nothing more than just a tower.

Manufacturing

The ritual is relatively simple, but it takes a long time as you need to perform it throughout the construction of the building.

Discovery

Late in the first age (36914-05-04) a wizard specialized in building mechanics created a ritual spell that when properly performed during the building process of a building would allow him to instantly reorder the floors with a simple command. He mainly created this spell because he had dificulty walking. He also designed it as a tower in order to minimize walking even further as each floor would contain one room so he would never have to walk more than to the first door in order to move to any room he so wiched.
