Sebathe

The Elven city of Sebathe is the northernmost city of the elven realm. Snow, wind and water meet in this beautiful city. The city is built up against the cliff sides of the cold wind sea, with its tall domed buildings rising up from the snow. Delicate bridges span between the cliffs and the surrounding rocky islands. Sebathe is like a delicate ice sculpture in a blizzard. A sanctuary in the north. The city is mostly elves, and outsiders are mostly unwelcome. The city is known for its art, but mostly it's magic weapons.
