Building up the town

There are many things necessary for a functioning town.  The first of which is a Mayor.  The Adventurers will need 100gp to officially establish their town and elect a mayor.  
The next task for the citizens of Sage's Hollow is to build a Town Hall, where the mayor can go to take care of town business.  
Once the town hall has been built, other faction buildings that provide benefits to the town can be built like a Forge, Guild Houses and a Library.

Prince Olanak the Sly recently visited Sage's Hollow and demanded they pay a tax to Halaorn of 20gp per year.
