Barts Turner
Barts Turner is the Minister of Bubbleland, and was a Warlord of the Sea. The crew briefly against him. He stole away the Soaring Pegasus, Ben and Jerry. Later, he let Ben and the ship leave, but kept Jerry. He later fought on the Bronze War.
More recently, Barts Turner fought against the Soaring Pirates, and was killed by Ben.
He was formerly a member of the Explorer Pirates but left before the crew entered the New World for the first time. After this he joined the Sunken Pirates.
