Draco is a nonbinary person. He was born and raised on Repsin Island, but was early in his life forced to join his father's crew, the Black Blade Pirates. He was involved in the Murder of Saint Arcos, the Assault on the Undercell, and the Bronze War. He has since joined the Soaring Pirates as their ship's guard. Appearance
Draco is a young kobold man of relative average height with metallic, orange-yellow skin, round orange eyes, and bronze tail and a slim muscular build. There are gray scales covering his hands, feet and shoulders, and he has gray spines on his tail and at the back of his head and neck. He also sports gray horns that point towards the bak of his body. As of the timeskip, he has also grown orange-yellow, leathery wings with a gray claw on the end of each finger. Personality
Draco is a rather blunt person, usually stating his mind. He tends to say fairly simple sentences, and is respectful. Draco seems to have an obsession with becoming a dragon, or more so that fact that he is already a dragon. Relationships

As such, he has the power of electricity control, A breath weapon, dragon wings, and the ability to temporarily take on a draconic form. Draco was raised on Repsin Island in the New World. However, when he was young he was taken off of it by his father, Jax Delarin. Jax had him join his crew, the Black Blade Pirates, and continually abused him until his late teen years. Jax often talked about how the Repsin people were all disgusting, which quickly put the idea to Draco to be as Repsin as he could be. More recently, Draco has joined the Soaring Pirates. He was trained by Shiyulin Gu the "Third Son of Shi" for swordsmanship, and haki.
