Era Shiner, "The Wailing War," is a tanned undead person, with long hair. They have permanently let their Chop-Chop Fruit influence their body, making their body pieces always apart, but tied and connected together with extremely durable strings. They wear clothes between their pieces, making them look larger and more extended.
They are intentionally creepy, airheaded, and vain. They prefer to challenge their enemies non-directly, playing tricks or scaring them.
They possess the Chop-Chop Fruit, a paramecia fruit that allows it's user to split apart their body, and make those pieces float, as long as their feet are on the ground.
They were killed by the Soaring Pirates, along with Rio Fang.
