Miss Vandra Smolterhol
Captain of the Vandra Pirates. She stopped Ben and Jerry from entering the Calm Belt, and in exchange for free labor and most of their valuables, she dropped them off at Ridgefaults. The twins stole a map of the South Blue from her. Eventually, she followed the crew through Reserve Mountain, losing most of her crew through the trip and having to rebuild on the Red Port.
