Devil Fruits
These fruits remove the person’s ability to swim, for unknown reasons. In exchange, they are given powers.
Paramecia Fruits
The most common of the three types, Paramecia-type Devil Fruits grant their users superhuman powers, such as shock wave generation and locking onto targets. Paramecia Fruits can alter features of the user's body such as a rubber physique or a body of blades. Some Paramecia Fruits allow the user to modify the people, objects, and environment around them, like making things levitate or turning people into toys. Finally, there are some users that can generate and manipulate substances, such as wax and poison.
Zoan Fruits
The users of Zoan-type Devil Fruits gain the ability to transform into an animal. The user can also transform into a hybrid form of their own species and the species the fruit allows them to transform into. Zoan Fruits have a number of sub-classifications, from prehistoric to mythical, this also increases their rarity.
Logia Fruits
The rarest of the three Devil Fruit types, Logia-type Devil Fruits allow their users to create, control, and transform themselves into a natural element, whether it be a solid element, like ice or sand; a liquid element, like mud or syrup; a gaseous element, like smoke and poison gas; energy, like fire or lightning; or into a materialization of an abstract concept, such as darkness. The elemental transformation effectively makes the user intangible, as well as allowing the user to remain in control of their body, even when it is broken into pieces. They also gain every ability related to that element, such as sand being able to absorb moisture or lightning being able to travel through conductive objects.
Awakening
When Devil Fruits awaken, they become more powerful, and might allow their abilities to expand.
Magic
About half way through Paradise, magic tends to manifest in certain individuals, unless of course they had it before. Magic is highly sought after, as not everyone can achieve it. Some have it from birth, and others learn or manifest it.
Magic can be gained through extreme hardship, birth, learning, manifestation, or by taking a pact with a powerful entity (Or any other way you want)!
Haki
Haki is the manifestation of one’s mental, physical, and spiritual energy. To most, haki is unknown, but to those who know it, very little information is available on it. However, there are three types.
Color of Arms
Color of Arms Haki, or Armament Haki, is a form of Haki that grants it's user the ability to protect themselves with their own sprititual energy. Some take these techniques to greater heights, using it for offensive capabilities.
Color of Observation
Color of Obversation Haki, or Observation Haki, is a form of Haki that grants it's user the ability to tad into a sixth sense to feel the presence, strength, and emotions of others around them. Some take these techniques to greater heights, and use it to view into the future.
Color of the Supreme King
Color of the Supreme King Haki, or Conqueror's Haki, is a form of Haki that allows it's user to force their willpower upon others, causing fear or incapacitation over those with weaker spirits. Some take these techniques to greater heights, coating their weaponry in it. This is the rarest form of Haki.
Ancestry and Heritage Abilities
Each ancestry comes with a collection of powers and abilities that are accessible to each member of a certain ancestry or heritage. These are powers that can innately be done by each member of that ancestry or heritage, but may not be immediately available to each member.
Robotics
Engineering and robotics are quite advanced in this world, having things like robots, mechs, cyborgs, submarines, and advanced weaponry like tanks. However, many firearms are still as they were before many firearm advancements.
Weapon Grading
There are five classes of weapons, each of them implying a different thing for the weapon in that class. Every weapon is categorized into these classes, whether it sits in the almost infinite Common or Rare classes, or is in the limited Very Rare, Ultra, and Legendary classes.
