Horse Tyrants
Once a proud order of Istus, whose name is all but forgotten, the Horse Tyrants enforce their cruel will upon all who live in the Horseman's Valley, and even some further beyond. They are commanded by Lord Tyrant Hagar Varus, a great warrior who has crushed any attempt of freedom in the valley and has followed in his father's footsteps in keeping the drow pushed far underground. The order fervently worships Hextor and often times will send out soldiers to challenge the borders of surrounding jarls in the name of the god of war.
Structure
The leader of the Horse Tyrants is known as the Lord Tyrant, who has direct and total control of all of their subordinates. Below them are the Tyrants, who are in control of specific Company of cavalry or foot soldiers, though those who lead foot soldiers are seen as lesser.

The Horse Tyrants is a military order that worships Hextor, the lawful evil god of war. They are dedicated to subjugating the lands surrounding the Horseman's Valley and ruling over those they consider weak.
