Lettermaster

A Lettermaster is the head of a local carrier waystation, and manages its day-to-day business, coordinating letter and cargo shipments, and filing paperwork. Their personal approval is needed to send out any package or letter worth more than 5 gp, everything else is handled by lower clerks.
