Amadeus Warmonger

Amadeus is an ancient green dragon who Is most likely the last of his kind. To everyone else though, he likes and acts like a sweet old man. The evil colored dragons were hunted down ages ago in order to prevent evil from spreading in the land. Although many say one is not inherently evil based on genetics and what not Amadeus is 100% evil. As most Dragons do he has a horde his horde however Are his science projects. He is very smart and has learned how to manipulate bodies and create grotesque creatures that are under his control and will do his bidding. His current disguise is of a elderly half-orcish man. Although he has many aliases this is the one he favors the most because it is the most non-threatening of his disguises.
He goes around to different areas making deals with people in distress often leading to either themselves or a loved one being turned into one of his hybrids. He takes great care and love of his hybrids although at the end of the day they are still his puppets or toys or servants whichever term you'd like he didn't use them that way. There are many current political leaders that all him favors as well because he can use his hybrids as a military or mercenary force. No one currently knows that he is a ancient green dragon so he uses that as his benefit. That being sent there Is one hybrid that he does love more than the rest and is allowing it some freedom order for it to grow into a more powerful tool. Although he does keep a close eye on his hybrids this one he seems a little more protective over.
