Kermit the Hermit and his Cart

A Crazy old man and his Shoebill Stork pulled cart Has been creating joying across the land for ages now. Nobody knows where he come from or where he is going all they know the time that they spent with him is nothing but laughter happiness and a joyous occasion. He trades knowledge for knowledge or food or which ever you'd like to offer him. He knows what you're looking for and he knows how to help but no one really knows much about him except his name is Kermit the Hermit. He always has a good story to tell or a piece of knowledge to lend to your ears he makes the children happy by giving them candy or setting off fireworks in the night. He is an omen of good luck to many as once he leaves their crops have never done been better. It is most common to find him in a dissolute village or one that is down on his luck. A land that is suffering a massive drought perhaps or one under political turmoil. Some say he is Hyrsam himself While others feel as if he is the Creator's gift to the land. 
Kermit himself is an older Firbolg gentleman with a moss beard and a crazy laugh. His sidekick is in you oversized Shoebill Stork named Hanssel. The car he pulls seems it could break at any point but it never does there is a jolly atmosphere whenever Kermit arrives to town. Whether he is lending out the books for you to read teaching your young how to read or other magical activities that brings merriment to the town. Kermit is always around.
