Ophyal Ramstel - Aftermath

General Summary

After the heroes split up at Tolstoff Manor, Peyton, Ophyal Ramstel (once again wearing her ring of disguise) and the rest of the party head over his apartment, while Kiara and her adopted parents leave on their own.

Once safe, Ophyal pleads with the heroes to be allow to leave, that with the death of Phyrell uth Massalan, the last of the men responsible for her disfigurement have been dealt with by her hand. She promises to leave town and never be heard from again.

Peyton and the others assure Ophyal that they have no plan to turn her over to the authorities. With this reassurance, she is releaved

Just then Jarvis, Peyton's man servant, brings late night refreshment for the group and Kiara arrives, having slipped away from her parents.

Ophyal reveals that not only during many of her romantic trysts, she learned other secrets of the men and women she was intimate with, including business ventures that were illegal and in league with the criminal elements of Palanthas, including Galen Voth Burnin who has been importing illegal flowers with known charming enchantments, and from her time with Amelyn uth Lestin that her brother Joffrey was hired by a group called the Black Parade to help smuggle a small crate containing an item of value.

At this point there was a knock on the door. It turned out to not be the city guard looking for Ophyal, but instead a summons to meet with Revered Daughter Crysania at the Temple of Paladine forthwith.
