The World of Naeja

11th of Selushoon, 1312 N.C

The vices of Gods and men have left the world in an Age of Darkness, as was foretold by the Dark Tides Prophecy. But this was only the first of seven signs that herald the end of the era... a war is coming. Upon the fifth Great Conjunction the Children Of Elgar will be awoken from their ancient slumber and raise an army like none seen since the Age Of Titans. The gods, The Children Of Naeja, will be called to arms, to join the gods and battle the Titans to save the World of Naeja from chaos and destruction. We will know the time approaches by seven signs, laid down in the ancient prophecies told throughout the ages.   The first two of these prophecies have already been fulfilled. The Dark Tides Prophecy, foretold the collapse of the great Kingdom of Rona and the dawn of an Age of Darkness. The second, the Prophecy of Nalghivorn, foretold the return of Vornikar, the Titan of War, and in the year 1300 N.C., he was freed from his infernal prison by his Barukar servants. But the gods united to defeat him and sleeps in depths of the earth again, ready to rise again upon the next great conjunction.   The presence of these gods upon the world, though, has awoken other Titans who build their armies in the dark recesses of the world. The time will come when the gods must battle their ancient foes, and so it is that they are choosing the greatest from amongst their faithful to stand at their sides, to create an army equal to that of the Titans. Some have already been chosen, but the enemy is many, and more are to be called.   ….. Five prophecies remain. The third sign will be a call of heroes, to seek the three sisters , oracles who hold the secrets to immortality. The fourth sign foretells a war between Valdar and the Skarrells, to possess the Spear of Kalrik and Horn of Valor, to slay the Giants and recall the fallen warriors. To the victor shall go a crown to unite their people and lead them into the Final Battle. The fifth sign shall be a time of three great conflicts between the light and darkness as Aibhistear, the Corruptor, seeks to seize control of the mortal world before the Great Conjunction. The sixth sign has not yet been revealed, and this prophecy may be the most important. The seventh sign will be the appearance of the Star of Eraston upon the fifth Conjunction, a time when magic will change the world, ending an era and serving as a clarion call to awaken the ancient Titans. Thus will begin the Final Battle.   The glories of the past are now shrouded in shadows. The realms are in ruin, the world is more dangerous, and the the Age of Darkness is upon us.
