Chihiro Rio

Chihiro Rio is a fellow first year who came to the school during the 4739 spring semester. She is a known ally of the Student Council and plans to run for the Student Adovcate position on the council.

History

The Night of the Nerds

The gang sees Chihiro in concert over winter break. Unknown to them, Chihiro is working with the Student Council to plan the kidnapping of Genevive Dubois, who is a world famous idol threatening her rise to fame.

The Combat Readiness Exam

Chihiro arrives at the school to great applause. During her debut she plays nice to the Castelles and invites Tutu to join the club she is forming, the Idol Research Club.

During the Combat Readiness Exam Chihiro is frequently missing, seeming to slack off and hope that her fans will cover for her. During the investigation the gang discovers that she and the council were behind the events of Night of the Nerds. (see The Combat Readiness Exam)

At the end of the exam the gang discovers that Chihiro and Veronica failed the exam for unknown reasons.
