Drakira - God of Nature's Wrath

Drakira is the dark side of nature, the uncaring and destructive force that might strike at any time. She is the god of storms, forest fires, earthquakes, tornadoes, and general destruction. She counts few living mortal among her followers, except for those who know the pain and destruction of the wilds and wish to enact vengeance. Those who favor her see life as a battle between the wilds and the encroaching civilization, and Drakira is the one who fights for the earth to restore balance. Drakira counts forest spirits, roused into anger or waiting to protect the woods as her primary followers, but will often see those ranks swell with elementals when the type of disaster matches their domain (a volcano may see fire elementals, a storm lightning, etc.). These fey beings know not for their mercy, but rather for the exacting nature of their vengeance. It would not be the first time that a mortal had desecrated a sacred site, or felled a forest and fled the scene, only to meet his or her fate in another forest hundreds of miles away.
To most, Drakira is an evil entity who seeks only destruction with little regard to anything else. But to the Wood Elves, she is considered the ultimate protector of the woods, and if not protector; then vengeance.

Appearance

Drakira appears most often as a lithe, bitter, and twisted dryad glowing with a pulsing green colour from within its chest. When marching to war, Drakira swells in size to that of a Tree Folk of war, and leads a vast array of angry, twisted, and vengeful forest spirits against whatever may have caused the earth such pain. Her logo is that of a tree, with a burning canopy, with two circles around it with branches growing off of it.
