Taorahil

Taorahil is the speaker of Linn Etenhil, the governing body of Galinstrann. They are the only individual to know who the leaders of the country are, and their duty is to be the link between them and the people of the country. They make announcements on behalf of the Linn Etenhil, from changes to laws or taxes to informing of notable changes in political relationships, and also hold speeches that they have written for different events, such as celebrations.

Choosing a Taorahil

Taorahil is chosen by Linn Etenhil, and the individual considered for the role needs to be reliable, have no questionable connections, have charisma and confidence, and be well-learned. Often, the role is filled by a noble, but sometimes, it can fall on a commoner as well, if they have shown to be fitting for the role. The individual goes through an extensive background-check before being approached by the previous Taorahil or a messenger bird.
