Before joining Euric's council, Avery worked at a glass processing plant (NAME. This was where Euric, and by extent Morcant and Drustan, met Avery. Throughout all their interactions Euric became impressed with Avery, her skills and her ability to provide alternative solutions to bypass problems. While working at (NAME Avery created a unique process for working with glass that is still being used by Artisans, she realized that if the tools, environment, and work area for the glass could all be heated to match the temperature of the glass then the glass would cool slower, staying pliable for longer. This new process allowed for much more intricate spells to be cast into the glassware created by the HOUSENBA. Avery was the one who helped gather the materials for Euric to first craft his sword SWORD NAME, and after witnessing his forging process she was willing to support Euric in his quest to improve the lands of Verynth.
Avery started from humble begginings much like Euric. They bonded when he re-visited his home plane and he enlisted her for her work ethic and her grit. She is still finding her place in the crew
