The Estate of Lord Twig-Clucker
Within the Valgard Highlands, along the Icepine River and slightly north of Cerenas, travellers may stumble upon a Goblin shanty town tucked away in the foothills. This town is known as "The Estate of Lord Twig-Clucker", and is everything you would expect from a settlement made by Goblins.
Rough, shoddy housing makes up the majority of the settlement, and there are lands around dedicated to the farming of pigs, chickens and mushrooms. Upon the wooden wall, hang signs and painted shields that loosely resemble a family crest. A white field, with the symbols of a twig and a chicken on them. This marks the land as belonging to the Twig-Clucker Estate.

History
In the year 977 AF, a particularly ruthless and aspiring Goblin led his tribe to the Province of the Valgard Highlands. After a few minor raids and some underhand trading, the leader of the Goblins, known as Grazpot, took a fancy to the Nobility he found ruling. Deciding that this was the life for him, Grazpot started calling himself "Lord Twig-Clucker", and found a small, uninhabited patch of land to create a settlement.
Foreign Relations
Despite having no rightful claim to the land, the Noble Houses of the Valgard Highlands have allowed the Goblin settlement to thrive, and unofficially recognise Lord Twig-Clucker as the rightful leader in the area. There are many reasons that the Nobility has allowed this to happen, including the Goblins providing trade and patrols in the area, keeping any wild beasts at bay. However, the wider effect of such an established community is felt across Valgard. As other Goblin Tribes and Caravans come in to the area, they are usually drawn to the Goblin settlement, leaving the other towns and villages of the Province alone.
