Hikham's Priest of Waches
Cliff fits right in with the other residents of Hikham and had personally requested the position in the small farming town. He spent most of his early life at sea seeing the world and spreading the good word of Waches. When he caught wind that the Baron Chipigdon was looking for a member of the clergy to settle permanently in Hikham he volunteered having heard of the simple folk who live in the isolated grasslands.
Cliff isn't looked upon too favorably by the rest of his fellow clergy but, to him. As long as he's helping build a strong community in Hikham then he's doing the Will of Waches.
