Dr. Viktor Salav
Hikham's Watercrest Chapter Head
Viktor has been assigned to Hikham by the Watercrest Merchant Guild to oversee the needs of Hikham and to send regular reports on the progress and healthiness of crops and animals to be delivered upon harvest. He is responsible for making sure that Hikham, as a resource, runs smoothly for the Barony. Viktor looks a bit down on the simple townsfolk and desperately wants to be transferred to a more prestigious location.
As with all of the Chapter Heads Mister Salav has a trade. His profession being that of a Doctor, which is part of the reason for his position in Hikham to keep the residents, animals, and crops as healthy is possible.
