Aether Grip
Starting at 3rd level, your training has allowed you to use your
spiritual essence as an extension of your will. You gain the
ability to move or manipulate creatures or objects via your
aether, increasing the reach at which you can touch and
otherwise interact with them by 5 feet. You can wield weapons
in this way, but not shields, and while both your hands are free
or holding a weapon, you can wield one additional weapon
with your aether as if you had an extra free hand. Melee
attacks made with a weapon wielded by your aether have their
reach increased by 5 feet. Your aether is a visible
phenomenon, but it takes an appearance of your choice.
Empower Aether
Also at 3rd level, once on your turn (no action required), you
can momentarily empower your aether. Until the end of the
current turn, the additional reach granted by your Aether Grip
feature increases to 15 feet. In addition, once before the end
of this turn when you make a melee attack, you can make one
additional melee attack with a different weapon you are
wielding against another target within your reach.
You can use this feature twice, and you regain all expended
uses of it when you finish a short or long rest.
Steeled Spirit
At 7th level, your soul mastery has given you further strength
against effects that would diminish it. You gain proficiency in
Charisma saving throws, and you can't be possessed.
Aether Walk
Beginning at 10th level, your aether affords you an eerie form
of mobility. You gain a flying speed equal to your walking
speed, and can hover in place as long as you aren't
incapacitated. You immediately fall if there isn't a solid surface
or secured object within your reach and nothing else is
holding you aloft.
Boundless Grasp
At 15th level, the reach of your Aether Grip feature increases
to 10 feet, and when you empower your aether the additional
reach instead increases to 30 feet.
Soul Armory
At 18th level, your aether technique has become virtually
seamless. You can wield up to two additional weapons with
your Aether Grip feature instead of one, as if you had two
extra free hands, and when you empower your aether, you can
instead make up to two additional melee attacks that target
different creatures, but each attack must use a different
weapon.
Additionally, when you roll for initiative and have no uses of
your Empower Aether feature remaining, you regain one use.
