Caenas

The Grand Reef is a massive multi-level reef comprised of thousands of smaller reefs. All together they form the huge city known to surface dwellers, Caenas.

Demographics

The city is almost entirely comprised of Coralon. There is also a minor Walking Reefs and Triton population here as well.

Government

The city has no official government. Every coralon in the city takes care of itself and the rare conflicts are often solved by the two parties involved without outside interference. When leaders are needed the residents often follow the word of the Walking Reefs
