Malcolm Sova Weise

(a.k.a. The Owl)

Better known as The Owl, Weiss is working for the Gilded King for reasons unknown. Pretending to be nothing more than a store owner he had manipulated adventurers into carrying out missions on his behalf. 
Once he had gotten all he could out of Ironbay and his cover he had his minions massacre the guests of the prestigious Ball of the Bay. Current location is unknown. 

Though working for the Gilded King he is actually part of a group of five individuals that follow the Fallen Saint of Life and seek to free her from her eternal prison.
