Speech of the Amphibious
Beginning at 1st Level, your familiarity with toads and frogs
has given you insight into how they live. You can breathe
underwater and gain a swimming speed equal to your
walking speed. If you already have a swimming speed, you
now double it. You also learn the acid splash cantrip.
Additionally, you can speak to toads, frogs, and other
amphibians as if you were under the effects of the speak with
animals spell.
Call of the Swamp
At 6th level, frogs and toads can come to your aid. As an
action, you can cast conjure animals, but you can only
summon either giant frogs or giant toads.
Once you use this feature, you cannot do so again until you
finish a long rest.
Traits of the Toad
At 10th level, you have learned from the toads. You gain
immunity to acid and the poisoned condition.
Additionally, when you are subject to an effect that requires
you to make a Dexterity saving throw, you can use your
reaction to leap into the air to an unoccupied location within
30 feet of you, potentially avoiding the effect.
You cannot use this feature again until you finish a long
rest.
Belly of the Beast
At 14th level, you have gained the ability to summon a
massive toad to swallow your enemies. You can cast the spell
guards and wards while using a handful of mud and oil as
material components. However, the appearance of the
corridors, doors, and stairs appear as if one is inside the
stomach of a toad. The webs of the stairs are replaced with
stomach fluids but provide the same effect.
In addition, you can apply the stinking cloud magical effect
to this spell without it counting towards the additional
magical effects that you can place within the warded area.
Once you use this feature, you cannot do so again until you
finish a long rest.
Quirks of the Toad Sage
The life of living amongst toads, frogs, and other amphibians
has changed aspects of your appearance and personality.
