The Myeneav Dwarves

In the face of outsiders, the Myeneav Dwarves are one unified force that defends their lands and interest. However to those who have been within the Myneneav Mountains for a time or are locals the truth is more apparent. The Myeneav Dwarves are actually a loose collection of Dwarven citadels and clans. In total there are five citadels and 15 other clans outside of the citadels. In terms of power the three citadels within the The Soundless Cavern , as well as the clans within the Soundless Cavern, are seen as superior in all ways. Outside clans often battle with dwarves from a citadel or the Soundless Cavern to take their place.
As per the rules, if a clan is able to place their flag in the heart of another clan's territory then the two clans switch places. The same goes for the dwarves within the citadels but due to their superior defense and strength, they are rarely taken over. This gives dwarves in poorer areas a chance to move to richer areas.
