Affliction

Beginning at 1st level, your patron has blessed you with the power of disease. When you cast a spell or make a weapon attack, you can choose to change the damage type of the spell or attack to necrotic damage.
When you deal necrotic damage to a target for the first time on their turn, the target must succeed a Constitution saving throw against your warlock spell save DC or become marked with an affliction. Creatures immune to disease are immune to this feature. A creature can have a maximum number of afflictions equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum 1). An affliction on a creature lasts for 1 minute or until you fall unconscious.
An afflicted creature takes 1d6 necrotic damage at the beginning of each of their turns for each affliction a creature has.

Living Plague

At 6th level, when a creature dies while it is marked by an affliction, you can use your reaction to spread those afflictions to other creatures within 15 feet, allocated as you decide between them. Creatures you target with this feature can make a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC, receiving no afflictions on a success.

Necrosis

Starting at 10th level, a creature's hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the damage they take from your affliction feature.

Infestation

At 14th level, your afflictions quickly infect those around them. At the beginning of an afflicted creatures turn, all non-allied creatures within 15 feet of the target (excluding the target themselves) must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the creature gains a level of affliction.
