Vylaerys is an accomplished mercenary and a party leader in the Drakeblood Mercenaries based in the northern region of the Forest of Giants. She has a sizeable list of accomplishments and successful jobs. As a leader, she has a reputation for not tolerating any disobedience and has no problems putting her people through tough training as punishment. As a mercenary she shows a unique talent with different kinds of swords and has some strange magical power that aids her in combat.

She's got leadership experience, a good amount of combat experience, and some kind of weird power. I'd say she makes a good candidate to lead a party or hold an executive position in our company. Given her current abilities and potential, with some investing in her she could be a powerhouse or a major player.
