The Algorian Swordbreaker is a specialty weapon used by the Algorian Military. The swordbreaker is a dagger or shortsword that had large, deep serrations or indentations along one side of the blade, resembling the barbed teeth of a comb and designed to entrap an opponent's blade, allowing a variety of follows up for the wielder. In rare conditions, an Algorian Swordbreaker was actually able to snap an opponent's blade off the handle or simply break the blade in half. This feat of combat is more difficult to accomplish with a standard Algorian Military Swordbreaker. This feat is made significantly easier with dragonscale or diamond-lined blade teeth.
