Organization
Due to their very nature the Manes are not a strictly organized clan, often preferring solitude over the company of their peers or of kindred of any kind by that matter, also due to the nature of these kindred the manes are often either too indifferent or too intolerant of authority to be ordered around, because of this there is no true hierarchy inside the ghastly clan, what does exist is a loose system of reverence that unites in necessity and unspoken agreement local manes to one another.The Spiriti Magni
The mysterious high council of the Manes, these figures are said to reside in a secret location named the Nobile Castello, and to guide the many elders of the manes through "wise advise" and "friendly suggestion" No one knows who these figures are or where the Nobile Castello is supposed to be, many even question if they exist at all. According to a popular theory the Nobile Castello is not meant to be intended as a physical place but, feeding in the Jinxes' love for metaphors and literary references, as a metaphorical One, symbolising the shared condition of limbo of its noble inhabitants. In this reading the Magni themselves would not be an official ruling council governing from some secret high sanctum but a way to refer to the most old and prominent elders of the clan that, continuing the Manes custom of informal rule, from time to time anonymously take upon themselves to steer the proverbial ship of state.Benefactors
Benefactors are not necessarily the most preminent local Manes but are those that choose to bother themselves with dealing with the younglings for this reason they often take up the role of clan rapresentative in a princedomThe Gran Convivio

EtherealsEthereals are ancient Manes that have long distanced themselves from the worldly matters and are abandoning more and more the material plane in favour of the one of spirits, they have the appearence of ghosts or similarly ethereal beings, hence their namesake, no one knows what keeps them from surrendering themselves to the calling, maybe deep down they still fear what might be beyond or maybe they think to still have a part to play in this side of the coil.
