TSL/Theanan Sign Language
Used by mute and deaf people to communicate easily without having to worry about having a pad and pen each time they need to communicate. Many important figures with these disabilities also have a translator that speaks many languages, including TSL, that adapts their words into things others would understand.
Writing System
Based on common, so it has 26 letters but said letters are only used for names, and when the speaker doesn't know a word for what they are trying to say.
Geographical Distribution
Throughout Theana
Syntax
"I would like to buy 4 loaves of bread." Translates into, "I buy, bread loaves, 4." "Hey Gerald, how are you doing today?" Translates into, "Hello. Today, condition/doing, you Gerald."
Vocabulary
Extensive, though there are multiple "accents" that have different signs for different words, or even new signs other variations of TSL don't have. An example of that would be in the Lurm dialect, where there is a specific sign for, "A fake trade that is made in order to stop a separate one."
Sentence Structure
Time, Topic, Comment, Referent. Another way to put it is Time, Subject, Verb, Object, or TSVO.
Structural Markers
The emphasis on facial animation helps to express the importance of the sentence. For example, a furrowed brow and leaned forward head is heavily emphasizing the sentence. A more laid-back head and relaxed brow do the opposite. Facial grammar is also vital to certain words, as a sign can completely change meaning when a different facial expression is used.
