Home to various magical colleges and was the first to be brought into the fold by the fledgling Empire due to the high level of power and resources that they provide. A hub of cultural learning and magical advancement it breeds and atmosphere of co-operation and symbiosis. However deep beneath the exterior goings on of the magical city, there is a deep layer of intrigue of internal politics, ambitions and dubious plans for the ascent into power. Whilst being a beacon for magical advancement it is also a prime spot for evil entities to obtain artefacts, knowledge and followers of great import and power.
