Drakvald

Suffering an endless blizzard, the north is inhospitable for most, only deranged north men and orcs settle here, as well as a plethora of other beings both alien and horrifying. Once it was a land of plenty, The Promised Land of the Elvhenen, ancient elves that once ruled from their citadel here that has long fallen into ruin. Rumors of treasures abound from the Drakvald, Dwarven ruins scatter the mountainsides, with who knows what dwelling within. Crumbling buildings of the Elvhenen littering the snowy wastes. Ancient relics of a bygone era long to be discovered and wait patiently for the next hand to wield them.

Despite the land being harassed by a relentless blizzard, there are riches to be found here in the form of ores and minerals, the dwarves had set up a variety of mining stations throughout the land, long since abandoned, their bounty remains for a bold enough crew to reclaim.
