Brandon Tigerhold

Brandon is Borivik Tigerhold's younger brother. He is also a member of the Wardens.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Brandon excels at two things: being physically strong and hunting. One of his greatest accomplishments was gained while hunting a mammoth. He was able to latch onto the mammoth's tusk and while it flung its head about, he tore it off of the mammoth's face. He's used to taking injuries and wounds and is able to shrug them off better than most others.

Personal history

For all of Brandon's life, he's lived with his clan, Tigerhold. Around the time he was born, the arl of Edgehall, Brandon, extended an offering of community to the Avvar people. He welcomed them into Edgehall and its surrounding villages, hoping to heal the wounds of the past between the Alamarri people. To honor the arl, Tigerhold's thane gave Borivik's brother his name.
At a young age, Brandon and Borivik's father left mysteriously to go and scale the legendary Mount Belenas. He was never seen again. Not long after, their mom started spouting nonsense in what they can only assume was a fit on insanity or grief.
Only really having each other, the two of them have had to make do with what they've got. Brandon is only a few years younger than Borivik, but has had to look up to him as a psuedo-father figure. It's been difficult for the two of them, but they've made it work. One of their favorite past times was to play fight as Wardens with the other kids their age.
Brandon grew into his adolescence later than most but eventually he became strong enough to become a hunter for his hold. Many of his friends are also fellow hunters since he has to spend most of his time tracking animals.

Motivation

Due to never having a proper father, Brandon has never really learned how to deal with his emotions. He'll crack jokes at inappropriate times, pent up his anger when frustrated, and lie about how he's feeling. He does this because he hates feeling vulnerable. He almost always seems to be the strong-one in the room, but that's because he seeks the approval of others due to his self-conscious behavior.
Above all, Brandon looks up to Borivik and is always seeking to gain his approval.
