The landscape is one of fire and ruin. Tall ash covered mountains coat the land with rivers of lava flowing towards The Breach

The creatures that live in The Sunless Lands are ones who have become accustomed to the terrain. Most inhabitants are demons, Darkspawn, and other monstrosities.

History

Created by the Arch Mage Corypheus to spread his corruption. Once The Inquisition disappeared the land of shadow began to spread into Ferelden.
