Skia Nisi

Skia Nisi (Primordial meaning obscured island) is a landmass within the Celonian Sea.
The island is thus far unexplored due to a phenomenon sailors call "The Haze". Ships that try to approach the island loose their course once they get close to it. Multiple reliable sources claim that their ships were heading straight for the island with no wind or strong currents to steer them away, and yet moments later they would find themselves having sailed right past it or turned around heading back where they came from.
The island can be observed with the bare eye or through magnifying lenses, however any attempts of Scrying on it have failed.
The "Haze" is undoubtedly a magical aura surrounding the island preventing access to it, however even the greatest Divinators of this age have never been able to detect any trace of said aura.
Thus Skia Nisi and it's surrounding waters remain one of the great mysteries of this world as the only things observable from afar are its dense jungle like treeline and a few mountains on the western side of the island.
