Neanders don't believe in taking chances. They try their best in everything to ensure they get their desired outcome.

Common Customs, traditions and rituals

It's common for young Neanders to leave their homes to explore Thera. They mostly do it alone but they can do so in groups if they wish. When they do so they will learn all they can, anything they weren't taught in their homeland they'll invest themselves in. So they can bring it back to teach the rest of their people.

Compared to humans, Neanders are stockier, with somewhat shorter limbs and a larger chest. These features are often explained as adaptations to conserve heat in a cold climate, but may also be adaptations for sprinting in the warmer, forested landscape that Neanders inhabit. Nonetheless, they have cold-specific adaptations, such as specialized body fat storage and an enlarged nose to warm air.
Average Neander men stand around 5 ft. 5 in. and women 5 ft tall, similar to humans. The total population remains low, and they live in 2 groups, interacting rarely with outsiders except when they venture out for study. It is likely Neanders skin colour would vary from region to region but most are lighter skinned.
