Nunaki

A sluglike sentient species that has parented two other forms. One is a furry flying squirrel like frog, that floats above in the air but will also dive into the bogs where they live. The other is more frog like and prefers open waters and sometimes land. The three live in concert to protect the slug form who lives in the bottom of the bog. The squirrels fly up to the block the sun while the frogs attack in times of war.

Ecology and Habitats

It is found in bogs but in rare cases makes its home in freshwater lakes. It prefers bogs due to the natural cover it provides to breed and swell its numbers in peace.

Behaviour

It does not seem to have higher functioning thought other than most animals, but it can wield weapons. Most of them seems to be picked from dead bodies or found, others seem to be crudely made out of nearby materials.
