Dread Fleet

The Dread Fleet was a large pirate fleet that raided the Diarchy of Peraserasia for decades.

Structure

The fleet was comprised of a varying number of captains, all serving under Merlin the Dreaded. While they were all allowed to pursue their personal interests as long as they weren't in conflict with those of Merlin; their advices and requests were always considered, as their loyalty was dependent on their own willingness to work for him.
