Rana

Rana is a title given to a ruler of a domain in Bayjan, and parallels a king. Currently, all Bayjani ranas are rakshasas; see the Ranas of Bayjan. The compound title Maharana is exclusive and given to the most powerful rana, and roughly translates to "king of kings", assuming "rana" is translated as "king".
