The Last Lover of Olathin
The myth depicts an Olathino male drow, that had stolen scrolls from his sisters, learning divine magic pertaining to Lolth, as he was madly in love with the idea of his Godess.
The blasphemy of a male drow practicing her arts had caused the arachned queen's wrath, sending her clerics to shred him to piees.
One of the clerics that had answered the irous cull, was the sister of sinner, that had decided to kill him in his sleep, that same night she drove a knife to his chest trying to puncture his lungs so he will die in excruciating pain.
Bloody and scared, the male drow at his last breath, looking deep into the eyes of his sister, had cursed their Bloodline using his own blood, to never love again, has the love he had to his godess turned to pain by his own blood.
Also Acording to the myth as the blood spilled from him, it had somehow congealed to form a thin rectangular shawl made of veins, that had lunched from him and suffocated his sister.
The shawl said to be thirsty to consume as much blood of Lolth's clerics, and when male drow are in dire need of revenge, the blood of fallen clerics will give them power, as the bloody shawl is observing at all times, and is to answer their plea, protecting them in hours of need.
The tale is so well known, it is recoginzed by some as an historical depiction of Clan Olathin's upbrining.
