As a king of a non-sovereign country, Tihomir grew up with less responsibilities than most kings, yet with all of the resources and privileges. He was educated from a young age in the arts of statecraft, and is highly knowledgable on matters of history, economics, and politics. He serves in The Iron Council as all kings of Lustiris before him.
