The Worldforge Runekeeper's Amulet is an artifact that was rumored to hold the essence of Rune Magic.
It was rumored to be the essence of Rune Magic and when it was destroyed in Jotunheim, it took alot of effort by Moradin to maintain it, only to have it as a flicker of its power in days of old.

Significance

It was created by the combined effort of giants and dragons to create a different kind of magic, however, the giants took great care of it and the dwarves utilized it perfectly.
