Kazamov Volga

He is not native to the Islands, as he hails from the port of Edgetide in Craidor. Tall and lithe Volga is known as the former smuggler turned honest member of society in Pelgar. He, now together with his wife, runs an apothecary in the city. He is lithe but athletic like a gymnast, and stands at 173 cm or 5'9". He has a gaunt shape to his face and weathered skin, a polite smile hides the calculating eyes. His hair is sweapt back and greying at the sides. Cleanshaven, Kazamov presents himself as ruggedly clean, wearing the clothes of a traveller made form fabrics that are readily available. Scars run across his chest showing his past as sailor on the other side of the law, visible to all. His voice is soft yet stern, he means business, even when conversing on friendly matters. Volga is respected for his commitment to the city, despite hat he is not part of the governing body and acts more like a citizen involed in the goings on of the council. His ties to the council give him reverence and slight. Some see him as a noble and concerned member of the public, others see him as a no good busy-body who has some tricks up his sleave.
