Voyage
General Summary
After leaving the witch's hut and the others behind, the group makes their way out of the swamp, which is eerily uneventful. They arrive at the beach relieved to see that their ship is still there along with Amarah, Quickly, they row out to 'The Drifting Blade' and prepare to set sail. As they do, the others reach the beach, climb onto Amarah and take flight heading east.
As the night wears on, the wind picks up in the sails, propelling the ship towards Ebony Harbor faster than expected. In a stroke of luck, the sea breeze stays constant until they finally make out the small fishing village on the shore days later.
Acteronis decides to stay with the ship while the others go into town for provisions, warm clothing and anything else that might be needed. Aralove and Daegon make their way to the general store, which they discover is run by a half-elf named Uulyn who immediately takes a shine to Daegon, offering up discounts and sending Aralove into near hysterics. The two purchase food and water for their trip and a few other items that may help as well and head back to the ship. Meanwhile, Braylon heads to the tavern where he meets a halfling barkeep named Goose. After they chat, Braylon spots a thin half-elf drinking alone and approaches him, 2 drinks in hand. The half-elf introduces himself as Kalden, who after sharing a drink and showing a brief use of his ice based powers, agrees to travel with the group if they will have him.
Soon after, they exit the bar and meet up with Daegon and Aralove and help carry the goods to the ship.
Once all of the provisions have been stowed and introductions made, the crew set sail north around the Northlands and into the Ashen Sea where they hope to moor the ship and travel to Aubrey before sailing to Ta'Lor.
